Subscription refunds
Looking to expand my digitizing service to include cloud service subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Requesting a refund
If you believe you have been charged in error or are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@looking-to-expand-my-digitizing-service-to-include.hivetechs.io. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
